With scheduled service calls by trained technicians, multi-point inspections, proactive maintenance, and minor repairs included, your MiTek equipment is always green-lit for the work ahead.

And if bigger repairs are ever required, you get discounts off the price of parts.* Our technicians also train your staff to maintain equipment, so you have an added layer of security between visits.

*Bronze, Silver, and Gold plans get a 10% discount; Platinum plans get 15%.

Service Calls

A Team of Technical Experts

The MiTek® Guardian™ program gives you access to technicians who are expertly trained on nearly 20 different pieces of automated equipment.

Our technicians use detailed checklists to inspect between 20 and 200 different aspects of your MiTek automation equipment, so you can rest assured that each element has been assessed, optimized, and safeguarded from disruption.

You will receive between two to five service calls each year for preventative maintenance tasks, including inspections and minor repairs on the specified equipment covered in your agreement. Each service call includes the following: 

  • Consulting with your team 
  • Making minor repairs
  • Installing machinery upgrades
  • Maintaining detailed service records  
  • Recommending spare part inventory
  • Training others on operation and maintenance

No, each location requires a contract.

We have 2 payment options, Net 30 or Quarterly Payments.  You will be invoiced based on your selected payment terms.

Yes, MiTek Project Coordinators will ensure contract Effective Date and invoicing aligns with equipment Installation.

Renewals occur annually.  Reach out to your Sales Manager to discuss renewing your contract.

Ideally we will schedule technicians within their designated region and your technician return for subsequent services.  When this is not the case, we will discuss with you in our Pre-Service Planning call.

Depending on the equipment, some equipment requires more servicing hours than others.  We also have non-Guardian preventative maintenance calls that can be utilized ad-hoc to meet your needs.
